At MLMPortfolio.com we take SPAM issues seriously. SPAM is destructive, unethical and illegal. We will not tolerate SPAM.

We do everything that we can to educate our members about SPAM and strictly prohibit it's use. Unfortunately we have no control over what members ultimately decide to do. However what we can control is what to do with members who willingly break the law and engage in unethical business practices such as sending SPAM e-mails.

Anyone spamming with the mlmportfolio.com name (in any way) or referring to any of our web sites may be immediately terminated, losing their position & all commissions forfeited.

We take SPAM complaints VERY seriously. If you believe to have receive SPAM from one of our members, please report it to us at abuse@mlmportfolio.com so that we can stop this member immediately.

SPAM/SPAMMING DEFINITION:

Sending any e-mail with the mlmportfolio.com name, or any of our web site addresses, to anyone that has not requested this information from you first.

REPORTING SPAM:

To report SPAM please send the actual e-mail you received & all related details to abuse@mlmportfolio.com . All reports of SPAM to abuse@mlmportfolio will be aggressively investigated. EVERY legal means available will be used on your behalf to stop anyone found to be sending spam e-mail.
